In Year 3, the assessments you will need to complete are:

• The Progress Test, which uses ‘single best answer’ questions to assess how your core applied knowledge is developing. This will include an additional 50 year-specific questions in the summer sitting.
• Clinical Competency Assessment (CCA) to assess your clinical skills.
• The written report and oral presentation from your Applied Personal Excellence Path (APEP). Note: students on the GEM Programme will complete a GEM PEP poster & presentation instead.
• All Year 3 Clinical Placements including the Student Selected Clinical Placement (SSCP).
• Specified Year 3 workplace based assessments (e.g. UPSAs and Prescribing and Medicine Safety Skills).

Please do not book flights/expensive travel or return home until you know whether you have passed your assessments as the resit period takes place over the summer and you will be required to attend these and pass to progress to the next year of study.
